We're hiring AI engineers

Open positions across our R&D team. Remote-friendly, senior bar, real products, real shipping.

Senior AI Engineer

Full-time · Remote / Hybrid · Agents & LLM systems
Apply →

Lead the design and delivery of production AI systems, agents, LLM pipelines, and the evaluation harnesses that keep them honest.

What you'll do

  • Architect and ship agentic systems and LLM pipelines into production
  • Own evaluation, build harnesses that measure quality, safety, and regressions
  • Set the technical bar for applied AI and mentor the team

What we look for

  • 5+ years building software, with real production LLM/agent experience
  • Strong Python and/or TypeScript, comfortable across the ML + app stack
  • A track record of shipping, not just prototyping

AI Engineer, Applied R&D

Full-time · Remote / Hybrid · Prototyping & eval
Apply →

Turn fuzzy problems into working prototypes fast, then prove (or kill) the approach with rigorous evaluation.

What you'll do

  • Prototype quickly to de-risk new AI approaches for client problems
  • Design datasets and evals that tell us what actually works
  • Fine-tune and benchmark models for specific domains

What we look for

  • 3+ years in ML/AI engineering or applied research
  • Hands-on with fine-tuning, evaluation, and modern LLM tooling
  • Research-minded but pragmatic, with a bias toward shipping

AI Engineer, Product

Full-time · Remote / Hybrid · Shipping production AI
Apply →

Build and ship the customer-facing AI features in syndika.ai's own products and client engagements.

What you'll do

  • Build production AI features end-to-end, from frontend to inference
  • Integrate models, agents, and data pipelines into real products
  • Own the reliability, latency, and cost of what you ship

What we look for

  • 3+ years full-stack (TypeScript / React / Next.js) with AI integration
  • Comfortable with serverless / edge deploys (Vercel a plus)
  • You care about UX as much as the model

Don't see your exact role? We always want to hear from strong AI engineers.
